All Sales Are Final
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or simply not liking an item. Please purchase carefully.

Damaged Items
We pack every order with the utmost care. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us at info@potcakedesigns.com within 3 business days of receiving your package.

To resolve this quickly, please include your order number and clear photographs of the damaged product and its original packaging. Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. The damaged item must be postmarked back to us within 7 business days of receiving the label. Upon inspection, we will gladly ship a replacement.

*Note: A replacement cannot be issued without the required photographic evidence or if the item is not returned within the 7-day window.*

Incorrect Orders
We strive for 100% accuracy. If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@potcakedesigns.com with your order number. We will apologize for the error and arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you at no extra cost, along with a prepaid label to return the mistaken item.

Unauthorized Returns
For the protection of all parties, any return sent to our warehouse without prior authorization will be considered an "unauthorized return." The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to them.
